Hi, Firstly, apologies if this is in the wrong section. I'm new here, and this is my first post. I'm still learning the ropes. I haven't found a definitive answer to this:

I've heard that BRRRR is dead unless you have a huge capital, like a minimum $50k-$80k, to start. So if a new investor has $25k-$30k, is there a way to pool this with a small group of other investors to do a BRRRR deal? Like a syndicate?

For example, if there was a property for $100k and it needed $60k of fixes and fees, the amount needed would be $160k. If there were 5x investors each putting in $32k each, totalling $160k. Then, after repairs, sell the property for $240k; each investor would get a return of $48k, each making a profit of $16k. then repeat.

Is this a strategy that some investors use? if so, where would I find them? Once I've built up capital and learned the process, I could then do it myself. but I think working this with a small group might be less risky when doing my first few deals.

Is this even feasible?
