Hey guys! 

My name is Rhyan Kassuhn. I'm from Tacoma, Washington, which is about 45 minutes south of Seattle. I am new to BiggerPockets, and REI in general. I'm thinking about starting off as a wholesaler of houses to start off my jouney as a real estate investor. I pretty much know nothing at this point so i'm very eager to learn and take the right steps towards prosperity!

I'm very excited to learn from you guys and am looking forward to our collaborative successes!
