Hello,

My name is Rhonda and I'm a newbie. I would like to begin wholesaling. How does one find sellers and buyer investors?

While I think I understand how Wholesaling works, I understand the process from what I've read. There are always a lot of moving parts in a real estate transaction;  I will understand better once I actually complete a transaction.

I haven't found much on:

1. How to find sellers

2. How to build my buyers (investor) list.

Can someone point me in a direction please.

Thanks in advance.

Rhonda

I've found Angies List to be helpful. I was able to find an excellent dry wall guy when were opening our store. There is a small fee, but well worth it.

Thank you for the warm welcomes.

David, I will probably start in Delaware because I know the market there and eventually branch out to New Jersey.  I'm open to both, Nj and De.

Hello everyone,

My name is Rhonda. I live in NJ. I'm currently a Realtor licensed in Delaware. I'd like to learn wholesaling and how to flip houses. I have obviously been on the other side of real estate because I have a license. Now, I'd like to learn all I can about flipping and wholesaling. I'm a fast learner, I'm eager and a go getter.
