I am thinking of career change. I am really interested in Investing but also wants to work in a Mortgage Industry while I save money to start my investing career. Can you please give me some advice how to get started to be a Mortgage Broker. I am 22 and currently working in Hospitality Industry. I am on my way in getting an MLO license but still not sure where can I start as i have no experience in this Industry. Thank you very much and your answers will be greatly appreciated!

@Paul Stewart Thank you very much for response! I am gonna look for mortgage broker and do more research about other options i could have besides FHA.

I would love to start investing but first i want to get a house can anyone help me how to get mortgage? FHA? So i wont be paying rent in miami. After a ear maybe i’ll use it as rental property. Thanks in advance!

I am currently living in Miami. And the rent is too highfor me. so i would like to get a mortgage FHA and plan to live for a year and rent it out. Any advice which mortgage company? Im living in US for about 2 years so i dont know how it works.
