Thank you guys. I am thinking about becoming a licensed agent first to really get to know more about the laws and be able to use the MLS.

I am a newbie in real estate and as per most forums, wholesaling is practically the best way to start if you have little or no money. Now is this true or just an opinion? I am really serious into getting into real estate and have read lots of forums about wholesaling but still don't know how to really begin working in wholesaling. Can some one please help me with really describing how to begin and if possible here in Miami, FL. Looking for steps and guidance.

Thank you in advance...

Thank you, @Mike Nelson. I have no experience at all with real estate. I read in BP the book that the website has. Has many niche's but I am undecided in which I think will work out best for me. I was looking into wholesaling but I really don't understand how to even begin. I don't have the money at the moment, so I am trying to figure out a way to begin. My goal is to eventually own my first home and then start from there in investing into other properties.
