Thanks Brandon. The property I went for got multiple offers and we put in our highest and best when they asked for it. Just found out ours wasn't accepted. It's competitive here and being new at this I'm being conservative. Lots to learn.

A foreclosure that had multiple offers has changed it's status from pending to back on the market. Is this indicative of a problem with the property or is it normal if the deal fell out? With multiple offers why wouldn't they just go to the second best offer?

Anyone have insight on what is typical?
