When just getting started an incredible place to start is the end. I know this sounds slightly counter intuitive, but stay with me. If we know where we are going it's easy to make a plan. One of the largest mistakes, I believe, new investors make is diving in without knowing what they want from real estate.

So for the sake of reflection, why do you want to invest in Real Estate?

Your build backwards approach totally makes sense. Id like to enjoy another stream of income to eventually phase out my day job, so that I can focus on acquiring commercial properties as well as a business or 3.

Hello All!

My name is Rob and I'm new to real estate and to investing. Bigger Pockets community was recommended to me by a local investor that I've done handyman work for. I'm currently in the crawl phase for those of you familiar with the Crawl, Walk, Run approach so I'm looking for the best information and path to get started on this journey.
