If you are looking for wholesale properties in Philly I would recommend attending a W.H.I.P (Wholesaling Houses in Philadelphia) meeting. People bring their deals to the meeting and are given 30 seconds to talk about them to the group. You can find them at meetup.com. I hope to see you there!
