Hello everyone! I am just getting started in investing. I have a couple of questions but first let me play a scenario:

I buy a house, cash, rehab it and net $15,000 in income once I sell it. Once I close on the rehabbed property, the new owner finances the house instead of cash payment.

Here is my question: Do I get paid my lump sum of $15,000 from the title and escrow company and the new owner pays the title company the monthly mortgage?
