I plan to buy my first property in 2020 around first quarter, but that being said I have saved enough money to possibly getting two Properties. Is it wise to take advantage of my savings and get two Properties my first year, or should I wait until year two to grow further?

I recently discovered Kris on YouTube and he motivated me to really push this rental property investing. In other words he does push for his courses that he will teach you and mentor you for $50,000. I wanted to know if it's worth it or is he another Guru that takes advantage and sells another pitch?
