Hi All,

I hope this note finds you well. I am new to real estate and have recently graduated and began working. I am looking to purchase a property, hopefully a small multiplex (using FHA), in Metro Detroit (Royal Oak, Ferndale, Birmingham, Southfield). I hear the market is volatile and its future is uncertain. Can you please help me better understand the market? Is this a good time to buy or perhaps sit and wait for the market to be more stable? Any and all suggestions, advice, or help is highly appreciated. Thank you for your time.

Best Regards,

Reza

Thank you so much for your input. I am in Metro Detroit area. Would you happen to have any information about that?

Hello All,

I hope this note finds you all well. While I appreciate that no one can guess how the market will change in the short term, I am wondering what you think about "short-term" future of real estate? Do you think a buyer's market is yet to come or are we currently in a buyer's market? Do you suggest buying or selling? Finally, since some states have temporarily stopped foreclosures, how do you think this measure will influence the market? Perhaps prices rise because of the absence of foreclosed properties until restrictions are lifted. In contrast, the prices may fall because of the foreseeable increase in supply after restrictions are lifted. Stay safe.

Best,

Reza
