I am an investor and thinking on going for my Realtor license just to get access to the MLS and get comps ASAP. Also to sell my own flips to save commission cost. I want feedback from the Investors who got their Realtor's license. I was thinking I can list some properties that I get from my marketing that the numbers don't work for me as an investor but I sure can list it on the MLS and possibly get it sold there. Pros and Cons?

I heard of a company that helps you get credit card loans for you to use in real estate investing. I actually got this info from my REIA meeting 2 months ago and I know someone who got $50,000 in all credit cards to use for his rehab. You have to pay the company I believe $15K or 15% for getting you the money.. Here is the info

Hey Keith Goodwine, thanks for replying.. I am placing the bandit signs in the most popular intersections in my city. I think I would give a try on changing the messaging like you said.. And How To Win Friends And Influence People is one of my favorite books..

Hey everyone, I'm writing this post to see how bandit signs are working for other investors throughout the country and if there even still working.. I have done many wholesale deals through getting leads from bandit signs over the past 4 years but I would say in the last year I have been getting less calls on my signs.. I live in Connecticut.  I'm thinking the public is getting use to seeing WE BUY HOUSES signs everywhere and starting too think this is a scam.  Or sellers are listing the properties with agents because the market is starting to rebound.. What are you thoughts and feedback from your areas?
