Hi, BP! I'm looking for a mortgage lender in the Cleveland area that does VA loans and is familiar with first time home buyers programs. Does anyone know a good one?

@Irina Belkofer. No, I haven't gotten a real opinion. I just got the average from zillow, redfin, eppraisal, re/max, and realty trac. I also took a look at what other houses were going for in the area.

@Nolan M. Yeah, I tried. He shot me down pretty quick when I asked him if he would consider owner financing.

Thanks for all the feedback! Chemical Bank may be a good option, due to the lower fees. Will give them a call.

I found a credit union that would do it, but, the numbers won't work for a mortgage loan less than $40,000. I may give Wells Fargo a call, but, it may be the same.
