With interest rates hitting all time lows for 30 year loans.

Was wondering what everyone is getting or hearing for interest rates for investment properties. I am refinancing and getting a 3.7.

Hello have a couple of questions if i can help get the answer or suggestion on what to do.

I purchased A condo in long beach California, last year in June. I got a conventional loan owner occupied, as i was planning to move in.(i remodeled it and stayed about 2months)

I had a bit of relocation from work, so it is a inconvenience for me to stay in long beach now,(traffic).

My goal now is to rent it out now.

My question is, can i rent it out since i got a conventional loan owner occupied?

Or do i habe to wait a year before i can rent it?

My goal is to keep the condo as i want to eventually give it to my son when he goes to college, so i do not want to sell.

Financial i can afford to keep it . But seeing my options. Thank you
