FYI:  Just a heads up so you know in the future.  Schedule II is not basically Marijuana.  Most of the time people are charged with PWISD SCHEDULE II because they had Cocaine but can be a host of other things (methamphetamine, methadone, hydromorphone (Dilaudid), meperidine (Demerol), oxycodone (OxyContin), fentanyl, Dexedrine, Adderall, and Ritalin).
