Post: Rich Dad Poor Dad/Legacy Education Worth It?

I think the best thing to do is to TAKE ACTION. No matter how many mentors you have, books you have read, seminars you have attended...if there’s no action, there will be no results. Rich Dad now offers $500 for their three-day course and if you don’t have the full amount to pay upfront, they will work with you.

Hey guys,

My girlfriend and I are at a 3-day seminar by Legacy Education (using Rich Dad Poor Dad branding) and they are trying to sell mentorship for 16k - 51k$$.

Throughout the seminar, they explain the importance of having a mentor to do some of the deals. They also provide software that seems to be very helpful.

I want to know if anyone has actually gone through their mentorship? How was it? Was it worth it and can you get a similar deals or softwares elsewhere?

Thanks!

I know this is not a bright question, sorry I am new... but is it okay to sign two purchase agreements at the same time? Let's say I am under contract in one property (Maryland) and still waiting for closing, would it be okay to sign another purchase agreement from another property (Delaware) and these are both new construction single family homes from the same developer.  What are the repercussions? Please help! And thank you.

I am new here and trying to catch with the all the Bigger Pockets past podcast shows since they began in 2013. And today I listened to show number 11: The Ultimate Beginner's Podcast for Real Estate Investors (March 28, 2013). I just want to give my honest gratitude to Josh Dorkin's campaign on not paying thousands and thousands of dollars to these gurus (some) for their courses. I think it's really ridiculous and I am one of them that put some money on these courses and did not get me nowhere. I should have saved that money and invest it directly on real estate. Now, I found Bigger Pockets and I am learning everyday. I listen to the podcast during my drive to work and going home. It is like my education on the road. Very inspiring and I could feel the sincerity of this community in helping people without charging tons of money. I also started buying Bigger Pockets books from the bookstore and downloaded the free PDFs on here. I just love this community! As a new member, this gives me hope and motivation not to give up on my real estate investing goals!
