I have been putting “Cascade H2O” laminate flooring in my rentals with intention of keeping the rentals for long term and not having to replace the flooring too often. I’m wondering what other laminate flooring you prefer for rentals? I’m looking for quality that will hold up to the abuse of rentals. I try to be selective on the dogs living in the houses to try to keep the ware and tear down but “Cascade H2O” laminate just doesn’t seem to hold up with dogs. I know I could just do away with dogs in my rentals but I like catering to the type of renters with dogs. I’m looking at replacing carpet in another house and am hoping for some guidance on the next choice of laminate, any and all feedback is welcome.

@Blake Thompson I’m a born and raised local here in Coeur d’Alene. I just downloaded the BP app last night and am enjoying it so far. I love real estate and have owned multiple types of real estate since 2010. I came across BP this year and really enjoy all the forums. Happy to help where I can 😄
