Thanks for the warm welcomes. As far as how I got started, I noticed a lot of my internet buddies were putting a lot of their money in Real Estate, so I got some great training here in Maryland.

I actually purchased the my first property during the training (they had a property tour) but I really haven't done anything since and I want to get re-engaged on a serious level.

BTW Michael I went to Penn State so I've been to your town quite a bit!

Hello from lovely Fort Washington, MD. Thanks to a part-time internet business I have about $70K/mo I'd like to invest in real estate. I know that the current economic downturn presents huge opportunities to acquire property and make money in real estate for the long term, and I'd like to take full advantage. I currently only own one investment property and I'm new to the real estate investing game, so I'm looking forward to getting some good ideas from the forum and also contributing where I can.
