Yes, my next stop is an apartment complex. $450 on $18,000 a door is much better than $1,000 on $65,000 although some of the expenses are handled differently.

Hello, I am a real estate investor in the Dallas area, just joined BP and would like to introduce myself.

I have a portfolio of single-family rent houses, single tenant industrial spaces and manage about 20 land investment partnerships in Dallas, Houston and Denver.

I am looking to learn, lend, partner, borrow, acquire, sell, advise and rent residential real estate. I believe this is a once in twenty year opportunity to dive into acquiring real estate assets and want to make the most of the current market.

Hope to hear from some like minded others.
