Hello everyone, recently my father has been looking at properties to buy and rent out, he has rejected various opportunities from people i know, because of the location. I understand that location is important but if the deal is a no brainier does it really matter?

Hello My name is Renzo! we have heard many good and bad experiences with using hard money and private money. we are new to real estate investing and looking to do a flip soon. Before we do we just want to know what other investors have used in order to flip their deals  and if you were willing to share them.

Hello ! i am a real estate investor, with a list of multiple properties for fix & flips ! Looking for a private money lender who is willing to lend 100% of funding for the deal, in return for 70-80% of the profit after the property has been fixed and sold.

Hello Private Money Lenders! i am an real estate investor focusing on fix & flips! located in the Houston area! looking for a loan of 100% funding . But instead of month to month payments,  i am willing to pay 70-80% of the profit made from the flip to you the Lender! If you are interested please give me a call or text (832-767-9774).
