What a disgusting product. I get it, evictions are necessary at times being a landlord. However, there are some truly sad situations where I cant help but feel bad for those being evicted. Hardest eviction I had to do was a single mom with 3 kids who couldnt afford to pay rent after her husband died in a car accident and didnt have a penny to his name. I worked with the family for a while to try to make something work but in the end, I had to go thru the eviction process. I didnt love anything about doing it. Its just part of the job sometimes. To say, "I love evictions" makes me cringe

Lol I’m not taking the better conversation personally Tanner but thanks for your concern. My fiancé and I are data enthusiasts so we focus firstly on the numbers and the data.

Cheers,

Your data should worry you that Detroit's population continues to decline.

Thanks for the information. A lot of individuals are looking for another payday and that is not what blogging is really about. Blogging is about sharing your ideas, valuable information and resources with others who are interested in whatever it is you have an expertise in so they can learn. I write because it is a passion of mine and I like to share my knowledge. That should be the main focus for any creative writer. Anything else that comes along with writing is a bonus.

Blogging takes time and effort for a person to do. It's not out of the question to get paid for one's work. Especially when another site or business (bigger pockets) gets to benefit from it. You like to write because it's a passion. Others write because that's literally how they put food on the table.
