Hey BP world, I've been navigating this site and am just amazed how great of a resource this is. I just got out o the Navy and will be starting school to become a physical therapy. I'm also in the process of closing on a new home in north east Austin . I've really been reading on REI ( wholeselling) a d trying to gain as much knowledge as possible . I'm starting off bird dogging just to get the feet wet so if anyone can give me some advice out would be greatly appreciated. Hopefully in the near future I can right about a success story.

Some title companies won't do a double close mainly because they do not have experience on that kinda stuff. I guess what I should've ask is if anyone knew title companies that do double closing.
