@Julie Marquez Thank you. My husband is very interested in flips, I'm not planning on activating my license, he plans on learning laws and doing this as career change. I am open to helping him but have tried real estate and not my thing. He is a natural salesperson and one who accomplishes what he intends. We are open to whatever we can learn about in investing. Doing webinar tonight :-)

Hi, I'm actually an inactive realtor in St. Augustine, FL.  I am interested in learning how to invest in real estate to build a retirement income. My husband is a building contractor locally and plans on becoming involved in real estate also. We have several investments already but not enough to sustain retirement. My husband is looking at changing professions or at least doing both, so that as he ages we can work together in real estate. We plan on him becoming licensed as a broker eventually, too.  He has worked really hard physically for a lot of years, we are hoping this will be the transition he deserves. Any help or advice is very appreciated. We will be taking the webinar, and reading as much as we can in the evenings. Looking forward to becoming knowledgeable of how the numbers for in investing in RE work:)
