I'm just not that familiar with excel so it would be something I would have to learn

I'm searching for a program that can help me track all my expenses related to properties I'm rehabbing. I need to manage payments to contractors, keep tabs on property expenses like taxes and utilities, and also track rental payments from my property manager. What’s the best program that can handle all of this? I'm looking for something user-friendly and straightforward.

Yes, I am currently running Facebook ads to find off market properties as a buyer and am enjoying some success. Small sample size but I'm just over 2 months in and have 2 deals under contract with a third in negotiation.

Hey Jon, are you still running facebook ads to find off market properties?

Howdy, no I am not. It has been a few years.

Hey everyone, I'm in the Rochester MN/La Crosse WI area.  Does any one have an example they could send me of an ad that is working well for them to find off market properties?

real estate and facebook ads can be complex as they block a lot of them. Also realize to run facebook ads you need to spend hundreds of dollars per day (or even thousands) to et adequate reach.

If you are game for that I would reach out to a marketing/PR agency to create the ads.

I am familiar with running ads on Facebook. Just needed some guidance on what the ad look like and say to get the most activity.
