Hello ,

I am new here in this forum and I want to say that I find this site amazing,  educating and useful. I really enjoy studying real estate in the USA.. and I also want to start my investments (-:

I heard and read that the Jacksonville area is a good market to invest in and it is still possible to find good deals and houses out there....

Since I am located outside of the USA, I find it harder to start investing alone - without teaming and knowing people in the area of Florida Jacksonville

Right now, I am looking to buy a new single family house, to renovate it and Rent it... so as a matter of fact I am  looking to be in touch with a good real estate agent or a whole- seller someone who could inspect properties and tell me the real estimated future of it... (like future incomes from rent and vacancy rates in the area and fees for renovations), one who also knows well known constructors and could be a home -manager to take care of renting and tenants.

Is there such a team that can help me with all the procedures needed for my first investment (and then the second etc..)  as a foreigner? If yes I would like to meet and hear about the possibilities....

I want to emphasize that I am not looking to spend in expensive and already renovated houses... since I will be looking for opportunities and prices beyond market price... I will be also willing to invest in B and c Zones (code 33208.09 or10) - I would like to hear your opinion about those places as well (-:.

Thank you in advance

Rene Chen

Hello everyone,

I am a new member to the biggerpockets site and I really find everything posted here helpful and exciting!

I am also looking forward to make new friends and partners / enlarge my network  in the jacksonville area (Florida). My strategy is to find "good deals" below market price of especially single homes , purchase, renovate them, rent them and hold for a while  . like (2-5) years.

I need a good whole - seller, or an estimated real estate agent  to work with, contractors and someone who will take care for the arrangements and inspection of properties, and probably a property manager etc. To summarize, I need a good and  a trustworthy team to work with. Right now I am located outside of the USA and I know it could be quite a journey to learn and make things perfect (-:

I hope I could find all I need soon

Nice to meet, Rene Chen
