@Matthew Irish-Jones Thank you so much. I'm excited to learn all there is to know about real estate investing. I want to find an accountant to make sure uncle Sam gets his cut. Question, what are your thoughts on forming and LLC for real estate investments?

Hello all. I'm a new real estate investor in Rochester NY. I've been listening to the BP pod cast, I bought my first single family property a few years ago. Tried being a landlord and I love it! Now I am looking to start investing in multifamily real estate looking for some pointers. Thank you for your time.
