To answer you question, I'm just kind of looking to see who's strategy will appeal to me the most.

I've attended a few webinars with various guru's and like I mentioned on my other post, just ordered Jason Gilbert's blueprints as well to review.

Are you involved in commercial? What do you think is the toughest part about getting involved?
