@ Paul Timmins, quick question, with respect to HUD homes for small multi's owner occupied. Are these properties 203(k) homes that I can purchase but must live-in for two years than perhaps sell or rent out thereafter? Also, should I have my realtor get me in touch with these sorts of homes, or should I visit HUD.gov and get a list of my own, contact the sellers and make offers? I would gather there is a qualification process I must undertake as well. I appreciate the tips and resources. Thanks in advance!

My name is Anthony and I'm from Union, NJ. My background as a paralegal has spawn a keen interest in Real Estate investing. Of recent I've canvased my surrounding neighborhood via driving for dollars in search of low income investment properties.
