Thanks for checking it out and your comments. Please forgive the newbieness of my posting. I don't mean to be too pitchy. I have a lot offer though so it just starts coming out as I type. :D

I am certainly going to look into some ads on BP... so far I think it is great!

I have been seriously involved in real estate investing (mostly lending and real estate marketing) for around 6 years and have been creating websites and web applications since 1996. I was pretty much involved in advertising my whole life and over the past few years, I have been personally responsible for making a lot of money for quite a few other investors as well.
