Hello,

I am a new investor here in the Peoria, IL area and am just getting started on this investment journey.  I recently purchased my own personal live in residence which is a single family home as I felt weird being an investor looking to invest in rental properties and not have a place of my own.  Now that I do, I am ready to dive in and get started making deals, changing lives and building wealth.  Looking forward to the discussion, knowledge transfer and relationships that will come out of this.
