Hello Everyone

Yes he is my nephew by marriage, I am currently reading the beginners guide now and I am currently looking at my options to get this property also. I will read up on the 50/50 while at work today. I will be talking to the realtor of the property later on today so that I will have more information that is needed so that I can use the rental property calculator.

Have a great day

Let me tell this story: A very young man came into a large some of money, the best thing he did was invest into a home. But because he had this money he all of sudden fell upon deaf ears, he didn't hear the part about paying his HOA and property taxes. So now he has no money and will have to sell his home. This 3 bdrm 2 1/2 bath Townhome is in Tampa Florida in a very good area, I believe it can be rented or sold and the profit will be good. He asking way lower than what he paid for it and it will be as is, because of no monies. Oh did I mention he stays with me now. I Want this Townhouse, it will be my first investment and I'm getting nervous, I'm looking at some of the webinars and reading articles and doing research on this property. Help me slow my nerves down

My Name is Regina Weaver

I am Army Retired and currently working as a Security Officer, I am originally from Detroit Michigan but retired to Centerville, Georgia about a hour from Atlanta, Georgia. I used to watch programs like DIY or Flip that house and always wondered could I buy old homes, fix it up and sell. Recently I have been having thoughts of trying to be my own boss and leaving the 9 to 5 job by the time I turn 55, but wondered what kind of business can I get into. I researched a few things and I have made up my mind to make it real estate. Honestly I believe real estate chose me because I have a investment that has been set right in front of me, but of course I have a lot to learn and a lot of research to do. By joining the BP site in such a short I am really feeling confident that this will be my next career. I am looking forward to receiving guidance from BP and its members.

Thanks Regina
