Nashua and Salem NH are great areas for investment. Boston is so expensive to live in now.

Thanks for reply , yea I’m currently looking in new Hampshire which is not a bad drive and the prices are a lot cheaper then mass but the rents are still good. If that don’t work probably have to keep looking out of state and set up the property Managment team. That’s why I was wondering if there was any places investors have been liking.  Thanks again

I  purchased a house through an auction and the current tenant is not responsive, therefore unable to get a CO. He is not returning anyones call.  Any suggestions how to move forward. Can i still close without the CO?

Where you able to resolve? I am dealing with the same issue now.

I recently purchased a house through an auction that was tenant occupied. How do i get a certificate of occupancy if the current tenant has ceased all communication with the selling bank/realtor.
