Jay, thanks for the information. In your experience, what should one look for or ask to determine whether they are working with a legit HML in NV? (other than the obvious "are you licensed, what's your license number" question)

I'm curious to know who you recommend to be the most flexible hard money lenders in Las Vegas? What kinds of criteria they look for, how much will they loan, do they require a credit check or will they loan based on comps/ARV, etc.
