Thank you so kindly Mr.Bhekizwe M

for your time and resent response. However more than 50% of my time was spent at both my county's local assessors and recorders office obtaining parcels numbers from the books of maps using rods and. measurements from the legal description that are on the deeds. I know that copies and certified copies can be bought at the recorders office however I have the original. The ony thing that I struggle with is an article that I read; You Bought It You Own It concerning the Supreme Court Decision I believe to have been in 2012 or 2013 States once the object is lawfully sold – or even given away – the new owners are entitled do whatever they want with the property they now own, including reselling, lending or even destroying. With that being said I'm trying to see if it stands legal with the property that I have. Open for opinions suggestions comments and concerns this is why I'm on here networking to build and obtain knowledge.

Kindest regards,

Shericka Smith

Thank you kindly Mr. Rick H
Truely do appreciate your response and your time. I guess my question should have been what happens to the property? Is there anyone that can claim it if there is no living heirs? If so who and are they able to claim such property without the grant or warranty deeds.

Thank you so kindly Mr. Rick H for your response and your time I truely do appreciate you. So there is nothing that I can do got that part and to also mention yes the paperwork does look good lol especially being recorded and in my possession I even got my name notarized on the deeds after being told to do so by a realitor anyways I guess my question to you now is who would be able to claim it? and what wouldhappens to the property if no ones claims it?

Hello, my hobbies are shopping at estate sales, yard sales, thrift stores, and storage auctions looking to find things of value. As a little girl I always believed in that saying one man trash is the next man treasure. With one of my purchases I purchased old paperwork that contained original grant and warranty deeds along with the assessors property paid taxes receipts of the property. The owner/s are deceased they have no heirs, wills or trust. The property is acres of vacant land and has never gone through probate and is still of clear title. I have copies of the death certificates of the owners. I am looking to get assistance with transferring ownership in my name. I am also looking for an investor/s that will be willing to invest with a developmental project of the property.
