Hi everyone. I was on the internet tonight, playing around and seeing what I can get into and other ways to market and came across this site. I thought I would hop on and give it a whirl. Love meeting new people and learning from people who have been doing this sometime or no time at all.  I have no many questions about Real Estate. I have had my license for a month and work for an amazing company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Towne Realty.  I have yet to have my first transaction yet and am trying not to get discouraged. I am curious how you all came across your first Client and if anyone has any tip for me to getting that first one. Thanks everyone.
