Found what could be a potentially great deal. 5/3 3,300 sqft SFH....judgement of $425K with comps over $800K...

This would be my first online foreclosure auction and I'm looking for all the info I can get.

A few questions

1. How does the online auction work? Can I see what other bidders are bidding and can I put in multiple bids?

2. Due to the high resale value can the bank keep the property?

3. If we did win the bid do the current owners have the right/ability to stay in the house? If so would we need to file for an eviction? Can we turn off the utilities?

4. What else do I need to know?

@Atha Winston Congrats. Here in Orlando they use to post them in the news paper for a few weeks before the actual sale. Now everything in online. I've done it years ago and may look to do it again soon. My buddy did it and ended up getting Tiger Woods home because his management company didn't pay it and Tiger came to his house and paid him.

@John Underwood That's awesome. Might need to buys some SC tax liens.

@Robin Brown That's my philosophy, the worst thing they can do is say no! But you definitely learn a lot along the way. GOOD LUCK!

Will Wholesaling be included in the Bootcamp? And ways to find buyers for those wholesaled properties?  I'm just starting and don't have a network of investors/buyers yet.

What area of the country are you in Wendy?

Just signed up and I'm super excited for this class.
