Congratulation and thanks for sharing @stephenpredmore!  The rehab and numbers look great.  I am halfway through a rehab on my first rental in nearby by 21239.  I would love to connect and get more info on your experience with registering your rental property and using apartments.com.

Happy Investing!

@Ned Carey and @Angela DeBorjathanks for the heads up!  I was planning on attending the MDREIA meeting tonight in Parkville.  Any insight on the MDREIA group?  I will add 3/9 at BWI to my schedule unfortunately I work until 8pm most Monday's so this month is out.    I will have to shift some things around for next month.  Thanks again and I will be looking out for you both!

Thank you @Eric H..  You are right it is great having 24/7 access to people that have done it successfully but there is so much to learn from this community as well!  Hamilton is a great place to be right now ...I have been checking out a lot of properties over there ;)

Hi @Kim Coleman and @Angela DeBorja! Welcome as well. Kim I would love more info on the REI Meet up for women. I will pop on Meet up and see if I can locate.

Thanks @Joseph England! I am currently looking into everything between work and home.  Northeast Baltimore - Rt 1 to 83 and all the way south to 33rd st.  Main areas of focus are Hamilton, Lauraville, Northwood, Waverly, and Echodale.

Hi @Account Closed Feel free to shoot me a pm with any questions about my full time.  I am at the Y on 33rd.  We are always looking for volunteers and partners.  Together is how we build a better future!

Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

Hi All,

I decided to check out the BP site after reading one of their books.  Needless to say I am thrilled with what I have found here, and I have only scratched the surface!  I am looking forward to learning even more from the BP site but more so from this amazing community.

I currently work for a non-profit with a focus on health and wellness, youth development and social responsibility.  It is an incredible place to work and I am grateful everyday for the opportunity to help others and better my community.

I don't have any personal experience in investing however my parents have been investing for 30 plus years and currently have 12 rental properties. I have gained insight from their experiences and am excited to begin my own REI adventure. My plan is to fix-and-flip properties and re-invest the profits into rentals.

Cheers

Rebecca
