Thank you very much! I will take you up on your offer to reach out. And yes, music and basketball bring me joy :)

I'm at the beginning stages and am looking to purchase my first investment property. My goal is to get a multifamily. I'd love to get one in Southern California, but I have learned that that might not be a good choice with the high cost of properties in Cali. My initial challenge is figuring out how to get funding, as I don't really have a bit amount of money to put down just yet. Any suggestions or tips are welcome!
