Hi Logan,

You can DM me and I can walk you through our Ad Sales cost.

Thanks,

Rebecca

Thanks, Matt. We are happy with our builder but will let you know if things change!

Thank you! I have a lot to think about now. I will schedule a call with our contractor!

Thank you for all the feedback! I did not want to bug/pester our contractor as I know he is very busy. It sounds like he should be our go-to for this. I will check with him. I really appreciate it!

@James Carlson We are planning on renting short-term Airbnb so we can still use it for our out of town guests! We found a builder that we like. However, if it does not work-out, I will definitely ask for your contact.

We are adding an ADU to our property as a potential Airbnb project. We checked zoning and it is good to go. We now need to start the permit process with the city but are unclear who to talk to and what to ask. Does anyone have experience with this? Would love a quick run-down on how to start the process.

Hello Anson! Yes, we are looking to build an addition and open up a room. Basically want to add a second level.

Hello! We are looking at renovating and adding on to our current bungalow. We are searching for a recommended contractor. If you are a contractor or know of a contractor, please message me! We are in the beginning stages of the process.

Thanks!

Rebecca
