Taylor,

You have a valid point. My focus is to acquire well located multifamily assets and optimize their performance, as well. My discussion comment was referring to new development projects...I was asked the diversity question in an interview regarding, how to address the “housing crisis” in Los Angeles.

Cheers,

Yusef

In my experience, multi-family housing can be optimal for both investors and renters by offering a tiered approach to different levels of income - small apartments, large apartments, townhome apartments, and high-end dwellings.

Most renters aspire to have diversity in their community and in their lives. Diversity adds value to the property and makes it an appealing, stable investment.

This thread has interesting comments and good spin-off topics. I have successfully syndicated many deals with mid-size and large multi-family assets. My experience has been "trusted expertise". If you can partner up with an investment source that trusts your expertise, the partnership is set up to achieve desired returns.

Cheers to the good discussion...

Brentin,

I've been enjoying the comments in the thread. The feedback has come from all types...the beginner to the savvy investor. I have a question. Is there a master list of syndication groups I can look at, on BP?

Wishing you well,
