I was thinking the same thing, this particular guy said he will furnish the proof of income at the title agency. I'm like that doesn't make sense.

​what are some of the things I need to look out for before selling property cash? What documents or verification do I ask for from buyer to make the transaction go smoothly and professional as the seller? He sent me an agreement to purchase real estate yesterday so I'm looking for the best approach.
