Thanks for the welcome @Michael Siekerka. My immediate goal is to educate myself, network, and implement what I learned on my own property. I would like to keep my full-time job, but also immerse myself into my investments. Originally, I was thinking condos, but I discovered some of the same points you brought up. I might have more headaches than necessary and discourage myself early in the game. Thanks for the advice.

Thank you also @Joe Fairless for the welcome. Thanks for the advice. I would like to eventually get to multi-family homes once I develop some type of system and can manage that type of project while maintaining a full time job. I plan on getting my real estate license, how valuable do you think the license will be?

I am hoping to acquire my first property in the near future, but not sure what type of job I should take on a new investor. Buy to flip, buy to rent, home condo or multifamily home. I have some ideas, but is there anyone that may have some advice for this newbie??
