Hey Mark!

I would recommend looking into Gkhouses Property Management!

Gkhouses opened its doors in 2008 in Birmingham, Alabama, and has since grown to manage 2,600 doors in 8 different markets including: Atlanta, Birmingham, Boulder, Chattanooga, Denver, Fort Collins, Little Rock, and Nashville.

If you are interested in hearing more, feel free to shoot me a message.

Wishing you the best of luck!

I recommend providing the terms of approval to all prospective tenants before showing the property.

This way it is not an extra cost to you up-front and your tenant is aware of what it will take to get approved.

Most prospective tenants wont bother attending a showing or applying for a property that they know they will not be approved for. It's just a waste of time at that point!

Wishing you the best of luck!

With limited experience I would highly recommend looking into property management!

Just after I graduated from college I decided that I wanted to get into the world of real estate in some way. I had no experience in the field, but was able to find an awesome property management company willing to teach me everything I needed to know.

About a month into the job they even offered to pay for my education to get my real estate license! Now, I am working in the sales department and learning loads of information every day.

Look into the property management companies in your area! Even if you start out as an assistant or receptionist, this will be an awesome way to build your resume for the future.

Hey Heath, I just wanted to let you know that Atlantic isn't operating in ATL anymore.

Gkhouses bought them at the beginning of November and have replaced most of the staff with their own. They now manage properties in Atlanta, Birmingham, Boulder, Chattanooga, Denver, Fort Collins, Little Rock, and Nashville.

While it sounds as if you weren't happy with Atlantic, it may be a different story now that the company has changed ownership!

Let me know if I can be of any help to you.Have a great one and best of luck!
