I am looking to purchase pre-NOD leads, 30, 60, 90 day behind on payments. So I am wondering if you can recommend companies that you have used in the past and your experiences with them?

Hello everyone. I wanted to see if anyone can make recommendations for general contractors in the Pittsburgh area to work on rehabs. Someone you have used in the past, does good work and works with investors. We need to keep a short list of contractors for our rehabs, but we are having difficulty finding any who are reliable. Thanks.

I ended up going with a different certified inspector who has extensive experience and references from previous clients. The inspectors that were recommended were not available to do the inspection on time. It turned out that the house has foundation problems, among other costly issues that I could not decipher by myself walking through the property, so I'd say to never skip an inspection. I am backing out of the deal as a result as it was going to turn into a money pit.
