Very Impressive! @Connor Swalm I also live in Middletown and a newbie. I admit I have been stuck in analysis paralysis stage but starting to make some progress. I have partnered up with someone who will help finance our flips so now need to locate and purchase our 1st property. Interested in hearing more details about the property, location, type of home, condition before flip, etc... Keep us posted on your flip!
