In a local legal newspaper, some type of biz review, go to the probate section wright down all the names . Then cross refrence with your local property appraisers web site should be a county site. wright down the addys for any that come up,including all the info it comes with remember to keep them in order then go back to the paper in order take down the attorneys address and fone# the PR's address send them a letter then maybe call or stop by thats the beginning.
The first time I did this I went thru 23 names 8 had property 4 had more than one.

Hi group, my name is Roger ,I am an HVAC/R guy moving into real estate. I see deals everyware because i drive all over the county. Well i am tired of just looking time to take some action i saw 2 boarded up houses today, its like are u kidding me, talked to a buddy last night who needs to short 2 houses. I want to eventualy buy and rent, i think, i got a winner formula got it from a former landlord who is working it. I have read a lot of material think i spent less than 50 bucks over the years mostly on the net and at the library, i get 2 hrs a day of computer time heer. Well anyway my goal is my first deal in 3 months i will partner with someone to get it done. Exitment is filling my veins as i write about this,I will supply progress reports your help is most welcome.
