1. Do you have a LLC setup?

2. What is the purchase price and how much renovation does this property need?

3. How much are the rents every month?

4.You can finance this deal as a Fix & Flip and refinance into a long term rental loan if the numbers make financial sense.

The answer is no. How many units is the property?
