I am new to real estate investing, and new to this website. I have to ask - where does the content on this website come from? When I read a newspaper or an article from a magazine, there is usually an author (just like a book). How do I know if the content is coming from a source that knows the topic? It could be information from someone who has blog'd it.

What is good about this website and forum? Has it been helpful? Thank you!
