Thanks @Mehran K.  That makes sense. I'm pretty motivated to try out what I'm learning. I want to learn a little about everything until I find something that interests me, then learn it very well. Thanks for the input. I am enjoying how friendly and open people are to offering help and advice.

Hi all, I'm very new to the Real Estate investing scene. I've enjoyed learning from everyone's posts on this forum and decided I'd better make myself official. Right now I'm in the mode of learning all I can about different investment tools/options. I know practically nothing about Tax Liens, Lease Options, Short Sales, Hard Money Lending, etc. I really am just a sponge right now. I want to thank everyone on BP that have helped me so far. I hope I can contribute as I learn, try, fail (so as to learn more) and succeed with my investments.
