Thanks everyone for the welcome and great tips!

@John Griswold - I very much appreciate the offer. I will definitely reach out in the near future as we get closer to our first purchase.

John, I feel fairly comfortable.  However, it may be wise to have help as I'm starting out to make sure I'm being thorough enough with my evals.

My name is Bracey and I live in Northwest Georgia along with my beautiful wife, and our one year old son. My wife and I are looking to begin our real estate investing, by using the buy and hold strategy, as one of our avenues to gain financial freedom from our current full time employment. We see this as a perfect opportunity to add a financial cushion to our monthly income as well as for long term security. I spent three years after college as a licensed real estate agent in the North Metro Atlanta area, but transitioned from residential sales to the banking industry. I am no longer a licensed agent, but real estate investing has never been too far from my thoughts as we plan for our family’s financial future. I look forward to the wealth of knowledge and info BP has to offer us on our journey to success and freedom.
